Great Stay with Engaging Staff

Enjoyed my two-night stay while attending a class reunion. The staff went above and beyond, especially Shane, the shuttle driver, who was incredibly helpful. The room was clean and spacious, though the air conditioning could use some improvement. Consider asking for a room away from the casino view for a quieter experience.

Dining options were limited for families, requiring frequent exits for kid-friendly meals. Service was often lacking, and breakfast setup differed from expectations for a Hilton brand.

We caught a movie at AMC Star Cinema and spent a fun night trying our luck at the nearby casino. The indoor pool was a nice bonus. Overall, a solid base for our adventures!

Had a bit of trouble with the shuttle service. It took us multiple calls and over an hour to get back after visiting the zoo. It was frustrating and made planning our day tricky.

I loved having direct access to the casino through an indoor pathway-no need to brave the weather! The made-to-order breakfast was a fantastic way to start my day, with hot eggs cooked right when I ordered them! And the complimentary coffee and cookies in the lobby.

the hilton garden had clean rooms and a fantastic front desk team. it's close to everything you need, making it convenient. i also enjoyed how attentive the staff was during our stay. some guests appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, which was a plus for us.
